Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Guardified services operated by P&H.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Guardified, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Guardified connects to Shopify and supported ad platforms (including TikTok integrations, when enabled) to monitor inventory and trigger configured ad actions such as pause and resume.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for account credentials, configuration accuracy, and any actions taken through your connected Shopify and advertising accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use Guardified only for lawful business purposes. You must comply with Shopify, TikTok, and other connected platform terms and developer policies.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or compliance. We may also suspend access to prevent abuse or protect system integrity.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Guardified depends on third-party APIs and services. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data limitations imposed by Shopify, TikTok, or other providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Guardified is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, P&H is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Guardified at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or security concerns.
