This policy describes how Guardified processes and safeguards merchant data.
1. Who We Are
Guardified is operated by P&H. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data when merchants use Guardified.
2. Data We Process
Depending on connected integrations, we may process merchant account data, shop identifiers, inventory levels, product and variant IDs, ad account IDs, configuration rules, OAuth tokens, and operational logs.
3. Why We Process Data
We process data to provide inventory-based ad protection, execute configured pause and resume actions, maintain service security, and provide customer support.
4. TikTok and Other Platform Data
When TikTok integrations are enabled, Guardified uses approved TikTok API scopes only for requested features and does not sell TikTok data. Data use remains limited to merchant-authorized operational purposes.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers and connected platform APIs required to deliver the service, or where disclosure is required by law.
6. Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, and security operations, then delete or anonymize data when no longer required.
7. Security
Guardified applies technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, credential controls, and access restrictions designed to protect customer data.
8. Your Rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data where applicable by contacting us.
