Use these instructions to request deletion of data processed by Guardified.
2. How to Submit a Request
Send an email to support@p-h.solutions with the subject line 'Guardified Data Deletion Request'.
3. Information to Include
Include your shop domain, contact email, and a short description of the data you want deleted.
4. Verification
We may verify that the requester is authorized to act on behalf of the shop or account before deleting data.
5. What We Delete
After verification, we delete or anonymize Guardified records that are no longer required for legal, security, or operational obligations.
6. Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.
